A bitumen terminal and an asphalt concrete plant will be built on the territory of the Avangard SEZ

The expert council of the Avangard SEZ reviewed the investor’s application for residency in the special economic zone.
Prombit plans to locate production and logistics facilities on a site of 5.5 hectares. The volume of investment in the project exceeds 250 million rubles. As a result, a new production and logistics enterprise will appear on the territory of the special economic zone, focused on providing transport services for the transportation of bitumen, as well as the production of a modified bitumen mixture and asphalt concrete.
The project is planned to be implemented in two stages. Creation of a transport and logistics center and a base for the production of modified bitumen mixture in 2026. And the construction of the asphalt concrete plant will be carried out from the end of 2025 to 2028.
The implementation of the project will allow the production of up to 30 thousand tons per year of asphalt concrete mixture and up to 4 thousand tons per year of modified bitumen mixture.
