A strategic breakthrough in Omsk: the first ultra-large tire production facility in Russia.

A unique import-substitution project has been launched in the Omsk Region. A resident of the Avangard Special Economic Zone (SEZ) has received permission to build Russia’s first plant producing ultra-large tires.

This is more than just a plant—it is a technological response to the challenges of the times. The facility will produce tires for mining trucks and heavy equipment—products that were previously entirely dependent on imports.
