An investment with a view of the pine forest: the “Iskorka” recreation center project in the Omsk Region awaits an investor.

The Omsk Region is inviting businesses to transform the abandoned site of the “Iskorka” children’s camp in the Omsk District into a modern eco-resort featuring premium glamping. Such “turnkey solutions” are part of a systematic effort to improve the region’s investment climate under the leadership of Governor Vitaly Khotsenko.

The project envisions the installation of modular cabins across a 341.5-hectare site. The infrastructure has been meticulously planned to ensure an engaging leisure experience throughout the year. Specialists have fully modeled the project, presenting a well-conceived business opportunity. The required investment is 550 million rubles, with a projected return of 21% and a payback period of less than six years. Construction will take no more than two years and will create 20 permanent jobs.

Specialists from the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency will provide the investor with comprehensive support at every stage of the project. This includes assistance with obtaining permits, coordinating design plans with relevant authorities, and identifying the best state support measures. Furthermore, they will facilitate communication with local government bodies and utility providers, helping to minimize administrative hurdles and accelerate the project’s transition to the operational phase.
