An online marathon “My Business – My Future” will be held for entrepreneurs

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia together with Avito will hold an educational online marathon as part of the Russian Entrepreneurship Day. Key topics are effective communication, finance, marketing, and digital transformation.

The marathon will be attended by 10 experts: heads of leading Russian companies, representatives of educational projects, business coaches, and public figures. The program also includes motivating cases and practical recommendations that will allow participants to expand their professional competencies and acquire new knowledge.

“Up-to-date information and improving entrepreneurial skills are strategically important for the development of any business today. Therefore, the demand for business education continues to grow: knowledge enables entrepreneurs to minimize costs, avoid non-obvious mistakes, and find new growth points. According to our PRIM study, 71% of entrepreneurs note positive changes in business after completing training, 40% of entrepreneurs have completed training in the last three years. In this regard, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia decided to repeat last year’s experience and is launching a second online marathon for Russian Entrepreneurship Day. When creating it, we focused on key topics useful for business: effective communication, finance, marketing, and digital transformation. The online marathon program itself is even more practice-oriented than last year,” said Tatyana Ilyushnikova, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia.

The first online marathon, organized by the ministry last year, demonstrated a high demand for business knowledge. As part of the International Entrepreneurship Decade, participants from all over the country received almost 50 hours of useful content, and the total number of views reached one million.

This time, the broadcast will be devoted to such topics as effective marketing channels and useful services, building communications and managing a new generation team in 2025, finance, including government support and taxes, digital assistants and automation of routine processes, and success stories.

The leaders of the My Business centers and experts in business journalism (chief editors of business publications) will act as hosts. The discussion will cover the most pressing issues of the entrepreneurial community, promising business development trends and innovative approaches. The speakers will present successful cases from their own practice.

“According to RAEC, 62% of small and medium businesses actively use Avito in their work. We help businesses solve key problems — from selecting premises and equipment to hiring employees and market analysis. A special focus is training: free instructions, webinars and consultations speed up the adaptation of newcomers, allowing businesses to save time and focus on development. As part of the festive marathon, our experts will reveal cases and tools useful for both startups and experienced companies,” commented Vlad Fedolov, Managing Director of Avito.

The forum will be held on May 26. To participate in the marathon, you must register on the website бизнесмарафон.рф. Participants will have access to the video recording of the broadcast and materials from the speakers, which will be sent to the e-mail specified during registration. The broadcasts will be held live in the My Business community on the VKontakte social network.
