Avangard held the second module of the acceleration program “Export Forsage” in Krasnoyarsk

The second module of the acceleration program “Export Forsage” was held at the site of the Center “My Business”, dedicated to the topic of “Export Marketing”.

During the event, the participants got acquainted with the key aspects of implementing the marketing mix in the export market. Under the guidance of the Deputy General Director of the SEZ for Development Mikhail Derevyanko, they practiced key skills:

• analysis of the competitive advantages of the product in the global market;
• definition of the target audience;
• pricing taking into account positioning;
• study of promotion methods and marketing technologies for the company’s entry into foreign markets.
