Avangard SEZ: Plans, Ideas, and Brainstorming!

We were in full swing today! The Avangard SEZ team held the next stage of the strategic session.
Together, we delved into a SWOT analysis to identify our strengths, acknowledge our weaknesses, and identify the most promising areas for development.
The primary focus was on identifying opportunities that will allow us to support the implementation of resident projects in the Northwest Industrial Hub in 2026, as well as support the development of a new site on the Left Bank.
