Avangard SEZ: Presentation at the “Irtysh: River of Friendship – River of Development” International Forum

During the panel session titled “Irtysh: From Waterway to Modern Transport Corridor” at the 2nd International Forum “Irtysh: River of Friendship – River of Development,” Viktor Sobolev, General Director of Avangard SEZ, delivered a presentation on “The Role of Preferential Zones in the Development of the China-Kazakhstan-Russia Transport Corridor.” The presentation outlined proposals for the most efficient use of the SEZ territory in addressing logistical challenges associated with establishing the transport corridor’s infrastructure.

Additionally, the presentation highlighted the work currently being conducted by the SEZ management company with a potential investor from China to define the product mix for the export flow that could serve as the foundation for establishing a waterway along the Irtysh River.
