Avangard shared it’s opinion on the role of China in the economy of the Omsk region

It is only 5% lower than in 2021. But we see a significant redistribution of goods across countries. Unfriendly ones reduced volumes or almost stopped deliveries. China comes in third place in terms of goods that enter the region. The first two are Türkiye and Uzbekistan. There is an increase in volumes. Already in the first quarter of 2023, we record an increase in imports by a third, in particular from China.
SEZ “Avangard” is very active in its activities in relation to the People’s Republic of China. On a regular basis, negotiations are held with representatives of the authorities and business of the PRC on the subject of joint work and attraction of potential residents to the SEZ.
