The Avangard Special Economic Zone plays a significant role in developing the production potential of the Omsk Region, attracting investment and creating new jobs. The management company of the SEZ is JSC “SEZ IPT Avangard” – a joint-stock company established by the Government of the Omsk Region. The main collegial body that ensures the adoption of key decisions related to the functioning of the SEZ is the Board of Directors of the company.

Last year, the number of members of the Board of Directors was increased to 6 people: the board included representatives of the executive authorities of the Omsk Region and deputies of the Legislative Assembly. Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region Andrey Shpilenko was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors.

One of the important issues considered quarterly by the Board of Directors is the achievement of key performance indicators of the management company. Such indicators are set annually and a plan for their achievement is formed quarterly. Thus, the activities of the management company are under constant control, which allows for prompt adjustments to the areas of work of the SEZ and the implementation of specific events, striving to achieve maximum efficiency in the management of the special economic zone.
