Decision of the Sole Shareholder of the SEZ “Avangard” dated June 11, 2024

According to the decision of the Sole Shareholder of the Avangard SEZ, the Company’s annual report for 2023 and the amount of dividends that will be paid by the Company to the regional budget based on the results of 2023 were approved. Previously, these documents and decisions were preliminarily approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.

In addition, the Sole Shareholder has approved an audit company for the next period to conduct a mandatory annual audit based on the results of 2024. Previously, this company was selected through an open tender.
