Employees of the SEZ “Avangard” took part in the Congress of the leaders of “OPORA RUSSIA”
The All-Russian Congress of the leaders of business “OPORA RUSSIA” was held in the regional Congress Hall. The event brought together more than 450 entrepreneurs from 50 regions of the country, representatives of the government and the banking community.
As part of the event, a session was held “Development of regional industrial clusters as a tool for increasing labor productivity and increasing the investment attractiveness of regions”.
The moderator of the platform was Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region, representative of the Omsk Region to the Government of the Russian Federation Andrey Shpilenko.
“It is important for all participants to understand the key thing: industrial clusters are not a mechanism for import substitution, industrial clusters are a mechanism for increasing the competitiveness of manufactured products by removing the barriers that an enterprise has. And they can be both financial and non-financial. A specialized organization of industrial clusters, operating on the basis of the Industrial Development Fund of the Omsk Region, identifies what barriers exist at each stage and helps to solve these problems,” noted Andrey Shpilenko.
