Governor Vitaly Khotsenko signed such agreements yesterday at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

🔹The recreational hotel will include a hotel complex, a restaurant, a spa complex, and guest cottages. The project is planned to be implemented in 2025, the volume of investment is estimated at 1.6 billion rubles, and it is planned to create 120 new jobs. The complex will be able to accommodate up to 600 people at a time.

🔹Stroytrust will build a metal structures plant and a bitumen terminal in the region. Investments in the construction of the plant are estimated at 2.4 billion rubles, in the design and construction of the bitumen terminal – 1 billion rubles. The terminal is planned to be completed in 2025; 100 people will work at the facility.

🔹An agreement on the construction of a plant for the production of gratings was signed with the Center-Trade company. The launch of the enterprise is planned for 2026. The volume of investment is estimated at 200 million rubles.

🔹The Ozon logistics complex will be created on the basis of the largest Omsk logopark “Solnechny”. The opening is planned in 2025, more than 1.5 thousand people will work here. In addition, Ozon plans to attract more entrepreneurs to cooperate to develop a network of pick-up points in the region.
