Key development objectives for the Avangard SEZ were discussed at a working meeting chaired by Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government.

The agenda included supporting existing residents and actively attracting new investors. During the meeting, the progress of each investment project was reviewed in detail: the current stage of implementation for residents, the challenges they face, and the assistance they need to accelerate progress.

Avangard SEZ General Director Viktor Sobolev presented a report on current results, outlining the methodology for interacting with residents, identifying key problem areas, and sharing a strategy for finding new investors. Particular attention was paid to potential projects that could be implemented in the zone in the coming years.

An important decision was made: resident projects that consistently miss deadlines will be submitted to the Investment Committee of the Governor of the Omsk Region for review. This will allow for a prompt response to delays and maintain the high pace of development for the zone.

Following the discussion, specific instructions were formulated for the coming months:

🔹 Organize close collaboration with consulting companies – together with the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, work with at least 30 specialized organizations by the end of the year. The goal is to expand investor attraction channels through expert networks.

🔹 Develop and implement a new tool for promoting the SEZ, targeting foreign investors. Analysis has already begun; a specific model, taking into account the specifics of international business communications, will be proposed soon.

🔹 Strengthen work within the RASSVET system, increasing the accuracy of targeting. The emphasis will now be on direct interaction with decision-makers to ensure that proposals from the Avangard SEZ reach the very people who make strategic investment decisions.
