Launch of an electric power facility in Avangard

On the territory of Land Plot 55:36:030801:789, which is part of the Avangard IPT SEZ, in December 2022, as part of the CIB and the contract for technological connection with Omsk Energy Grid Company LLC, completed the construction of a 10 kV distribution substation of the 2nd category of power supply with a transmitted with a capacity of 20.3 MW and a step-down substation 10/0.4 kV for 0.8 MW. Subsequently, SEZ residents located nearby can connect their enterprises with the allocation of the necessary capacities to organize their production. To implement this project, a communication underground trench with a length of 791 m was built from GPP 1 located on the territory of the Plastmass plant to RP. About 9.5 km of cable products are laid in this communication corridor. And also in GPP 1, built during the construction of the plastics plant, two 10 kV cells were retrofitted with the replacement of the high-voltage part and relay protection and automation (RPA).

And also within the framework of the same IBK and the concluded agreement for technological connection with LLC “Omsk Energy Grid Company” for the needs of power supply to the resident of the SEZ IPT “Avangard” LLC “ERTsPO”, work was carried out on laying 700 m of a 10 kV cable line with a transmitted power of 0.8 mW with 3 category of power supply to the step-down substation of the resident.
