The long-term savings program is a new savings opportunity that allows a citizen to create a cash cushion, save for unforeseen situations or receive income in the future.
Funds from the Long-Term Savings Program are generated through:

• voluntary contributions of a citizen – any amounts with any frequency of payment, but not less than 2,000 rubles per year
• pension savings funds
• state co-financing
• investment income
  Long-Term Savings Program funds can be used:
• after 15 years of the contract
• upon reaching 55 years of age (women) and 60 years of age (men), subject to compliance with established requirements
• in special life situations – expensive treatment and loss of a breadwinner
