New preferential program for Omsk businesses – “Responsible Investor”

The Omsk Region Industrial Development Fund is launching debt financing on special terms. Interest rates starting from 1% per annum offer a real chance to modernize production without overpaying.

Key parameters:

• Amount: up to 30 million rubles (with federal co-financing, up to 100 million)
• Term: up to 5 years with a principal deferment of up to 3 years
• Intended use: equipment purchase, new product development, engineering, pilot batches, marketing.

Participants: Legal entities included in the register of responsible investors of the Omsk Region (Omsk Region Decree No. 2876-OZ of September 23, 2025, “On the Development of Responsible Business in the Omsk Region”).

Mandatory co-financing – at least 20% of the project budget (including 10% from equity).
