Omsk Region Ranks Among Top 10 Regions for Business Properties on MSP.RF

The digital platform hosts 1,580 state and municipal properties—one of the best figures in the country.

In total, over 80,000 entrepreneurs across Russia have used the “Property for Business” service. Around 7,500 business owners have already exercised their preferential right to purchase and become property owners.

The service operates in real time: legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and self-employed individuals can review documentation, obtain the property holder’s contact details, and submit an application to participate in auctions. Currently, more than 62,000 properties are available nationwide, including 1,000 sites for tourism. The platform’s algorithms help select a property based on the business sector, transport accessibility, and local demand.

Properties are made available for a five-year term. In cases where preferential terms apply, the auction process may be waived. The lessee holds a preferential right to purchase the property.
