Omsk Region Wants to Implement New Approaches to Forming Investment Proposals

Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government Andrey Shpilenko held an extended meeting dedicated to the development of investment proposals for businesses by the Development and Investment Agency.

🔹What exactly is planned to be done? To form and offer potential investors projects that can be implemented in our region. They will be based on investment niches identified by the Specialized Organization of Industrial Clusters (SOIC). This approach will allow for a more accurate and effective presentation of the investment potential of Omsk Region to businesses, taking into account the specifics and needs of various industries.

🔹What are the advantages of this approach? First of all, it will allow for offering not general ideas, but detailed and well-founded projects that meet the real needs of the market.

During the discussion, a number of problematic issues emerged that significantly complicate the process of forming competitive investment proposals. In this regard, SOIC was instructed to determine effective mechanisms for collecting information to prepare well-developed investment proposals.

“We strive to create more attractive and competitive conditions for investors in order to stimulate the economic development of the Omsk region. I am sure that such targeted work will attract the attention of investors, as they will see that we understand their interests and are ready to offer favorable conditions for cooperation,” noted Andrey Shpilenko.
