SEZ Avangard summed up the results of its work to achieve sustainable development goals in 2024.

💪 The Avangard Special Economic Zone has completed the preparation of the Sustainable Development Report and ESG data for 2024.

As Viktor Yuryevich Sobolev, General Director of JSC Avangard SEZ, noted, “Having gained some experience in focusing on ESG principles in our current activities, we began to consider sustainable development as a concentrated expression of the expectations of society as a whole, which combines the goals of high quality of life, health and well-being with social justice and preserving the planet’s ability to support life in all its diversity.”

📌 It is noted that last year, JSC Avangard SEZ defined and published its Policy for the Dissemination of ESG Principles Outside the SEZ. In order to make the work on achieving sustainable development goals systematic, to ensure its priority and independence from surrounding circumstances, the Regulation on achieving sustainable development goals was developed and approved.

💯 At the same time, the team of the management company of the SEZ “Avangard” is convinced that activities in accordance with ESG principles will become the foundation for increasing the competitiveness of the SEZ “Avangard”, turning innovative factors into the main source of economic growth, stimulating high investment activity and further initiation of large projects.
