The Board of Directors and its role in the activities of the SEZ
Meetings of the Board of Directors of the special economic zone consider issues related to the competence of this governing body by legislation and the Charter of JSC “SEZ IPT “Avangard”.
In 2024, 6 meetings of the Board of Directors were organized and held, at which, among other things:
- the annual report of the company, the annual accounting (financial) statements for 2023 were approved;
- decisions on profit distribution were made;
- the plan for the financial and economic activities of the company for 2025 was approved;
- planned indicators of economic efficiency of activities for 2025 and key indicators of the company’s performance for the period 2025-2027 were established;
- the achievement of key performance indicators by the company was monitored quarterly.
Thus, timely adoption of management decisions necessary for the functioning of JSC “SEZ IPT “Avangard” and the achievement of the set goals was ensured.
