The first agreement on industrial and production activities was signed on the territory of the SEZ “Avangard”

On October 18, the first Agreement on the implementation of industrial and production activities on the territory of the SEZ IPT Avangard was registered. On the part of the Government of the Omsk Region, the agreement was signed by the Governor of the Omsk Region, Alexander Burkov. The first resident of the SEZ IPT “Avangard” will be a new enterprise: “United Regional Center for Industrial Waste Processing” LLC. The agreement provides for the construction of an industrial complex for the processing of industrial and construction waste and the provision of services for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal and disposal of industrial waste, carbon waste and the sale of secondary raw materials.
It is planned that after reaching the design capacity, the enterprise will receive, process and dispose of 49 thousand tons per year of petrochemical waste and 2.7 thousand tons per year of other carbon-containing waste. Thus, the project is aimed at improving the ecological situation in the region by means of high-tech processing of waste in the immediate vicinity of its appearance. The design and estimate documentation will provide for the implementation of all environmental standards and requirements – special attention will be paid to this aspect of the activity by the Government of the Omsk Region.

The volume of extra-budgetary funding for this project is 151 million rubles, including 121 million rubles – capital investment. As a result of the project implementation, 43 jobs will be created, the volume of tax and non-tax revenues to the budget of the Omsk region for the next 15 years will amount to 162 million rubles. Taking into account the fact that SEZ residents receive significant tax benefits provided for by the current legislation.
