The first resident of the SEZ “Avangard”: “Unified Regional Center of Industrial Waste Processing”

On October 21, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation registered the first resident of the SEZ IPT “Avangard”: LLC “Unified Regional Center of Industrial Waste Processing”.

As a reminder, on October 18, following the results of the procedure established by law, an Agreement was signed between this company, the Government of the Omsk Region and the company managing the special economic zone on the implementation of industrial and production activities on the territory of the SEZ IPT “Avangard”. The agreement provides for the construction of a production complex for the processing of industrial and construction waste and the provision of services for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal and disposal of industrial waste, carbon-containing waste and the sale of secondary raw materials by LLC “United Regional Center of Industrial Waste Processing”.

It is planned that after reaching the design capacity, the enterprise will receive, process and dispose of 49 thousand tons per year of petrochemical waste and 2.7 thousand tons per year of other carbon-containing waste. Thus, the project is aimed at improving the ecological situation in the region by means of high-tech processing of waste in the immediate vicinity of its appearance.

The volume of extra-budgetary financing of this project is 151 million rubles, including 121 million rubles – capital expences. As a result of the project implementation, 43 jobs will be created, the volume of tax and non-tax revenues to the budget of the Omsk region for the next 15 years will amount to 162 million rubles, taking into account the fact that SEZ residents receive significant tax benefits provided for by the current legislation.
