The government has approved the procedure for transferring state and municipal property to residents of priority development areas
Residents of priority development areas will be able to obtain lease or ownership of state and municipal property without bidding and use it to implement investment projects. The decree on the procedure for transferring such property was signed by Mikhail Mishustin.
We are talking about the machinery and equipment that enterprises are equipped with in areas included within the boundaries of the priority development area. Now such property belongs to the state, regions or municipalities. Now it can be transferred to the management companies of the ASEZ, and then provided to residents for rent.
After fulfilling investment obligations, residents will be able to purchase such property and obtain ownership rights to it without holding a tender.
ASEZ is a special territorial development tool designed to stimulate priority sectors of the economy and attract new investors.
