The government proposed to establish an expert council under state funds for industrial development
The government proposes to create an expert council under state industrial development funds that will be able to make decisions on financial support for industrial enterprises.
It is proposed to include within the competence of the expert council: making decisions on the provision of financial support to industrial enterprises, changing its volume, as well as other issues within the competence of the council by the fund’s charter.
The explanatory note to the project states that the creation of an expert council that understands industrial projects and controls how budget money is used for their financial support will make the decision-making process more transparent and provide additional control when financing projects from the budget.
