About the mechanism of the cluster investment platform: by the end of the decade, at least another 200 billion rubles will be allocated to subsidize interest rates under the program. This will help ensure an influx of at least 10 trillion rubles of private investment in the production of critical industrial products.
About industrial mortgages: funding for the implementation of this program will be increased by another 90 billion rubles over six years, which will make it possible to additionally introduce about 10 million sq. m. m of factory space.
