The Ministry of Economic Development has developed new conditions for preferential loans to small and medium-sized businesses

️ The lending limit will be 100 billion rubles annually – businesses will be able to receive loans for investment purposes for this amount. In the first quarter of 2025, the ministry will select authorized banks that will participate in the program.

The maximum rate for borrowers will be 17.5% per annum for the period of subsidizing loans with a key rate of 21%. Servicing of obligations on loans issued in 2019-2024 will continue, provided that their terms and volumes remain unchanged. The rate for borrowers on “old” loans will remain the same.
