The Avangard SEZ participated in the Board of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Omsk Region. In his welcoming address, Vitaly Pavlovich Khotsenko, Governor of the region, emphasized the SEZ’s development achievements in 2025: a threefold increase in area and the attraction of federal funds for infrastructure development.
Our SEZ’s achievements were detailed in a report by Anna Valeryevna Negoduyko, Minister of Economic Development of the Omsk Region. In addition to new areas and infrastructure development, this includes attracting residents with a total investment of over 40 billion rubles and working towards achieving sustainable development goals.
