The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has begun selecting applications for the provision of subsidies to private management companies and constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the creation of industrial parks and technology parks

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has announced the start of two competitive selections for the provision of subsidies to constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the creation and development of the infrastructure of industrial parks and technology parks, providing for the reimbursement of part of the incurred costs for the infrastructure at the expense of tax deductions of residents to the federal budget.

Within the framework of these support instruments, reimbursement of up to 75% is provided for private industrial parks and technology parks, and up to 100% for state-owned facilities.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia is accepting applications for selection on paper until September 30, 2024. At the same time, in order to select private technology parks within the framework of RF PP No. 328 (Appendix No. 18), it is necessary to conduct regional selections of projects.

Let us recall that previously the percentage of co-financing was approved for each subject of the Russian Federation separately and could differ several times, but from 2024 the Ministry of Industry and Trade equalized the amount of co-financing for all regions to 1%. The remaining amount of the subsidy is provided from the federal budget.
