The selection of constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the provision of subsidies for industrial infrastructure development has begun.
📌 The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (https://t.me/minpromtorg_ru) announces the start of the selection of constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the provision of subsidies to co-finance industrial development activities in the regions.
➡️Funding Objects and Areas:
Subsidies are provided for the creation, modernization, and reconstruction of industrial infrastructure facilities, including:
✅utility networks;
✅energy facilities;
✅transport infrastructure;
✅buildings and structures for accommodating residents of industrial parks, industrial technology parks, and high-tech technology parks.
These measures are aimed at developing a modern infrastructure base that will attract new industrial enterprises and create the conditions for their effective operation.
➡️Subsidy Amount Calculation:
The amount of the subsidy provided is determined based on the forecast of tax and customs revenues from residents, which allows for the correlation of state support with the expected economic return of the project.
➡️Application deadlines through the State Industrial Information System (GISP):
📌March 17 – April 30, 2026 – reimbursement of costs for the creation, modernization, and/or reconstruction of park infrastructure facilities (RF Government Resolution No. 1119 of October 30, 2014);
📌April 6 – May 15, 2026 – subsidies for private park management companies for the creation, expansion, or reindustrialization of parks (Appendix No. 18 to RF Government Resolution No. 328 of April 15, 2014);
📌May 4–May 15, 2026 – co-financing of regional industrial development programs, including reimbursement of enterprise costs for grid connection, leasing, and equipment acquisition, as well as recapitalization of regional industrial development funds (Appendix No. 3 to RF Government Resolution No. 328 of April 15, 2014).
