The time for obtaining a construction permit will be reduced in Omsk region

The time for obtaining a construction permit will be reduced in Omsk region.
This decision was made at a meeting of the working group on improving the position of Omsk region in the National Investment Attractiveness Rating.
As a reminder, the working group includes heads of business associations, organizations and ministries. The meetings are held on an industry basis. Each of them is devoted to a group of indicators for which a particular department is responsible. The group is headed by Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government.
On February 13, the measures planned to be implemented by the Ministry of Construction of Omsk region were reviewed. Last year, the department’s specialists conducted a survey of entrepreneurs and identified problem areas. A mechanism for their elimination is currently being developed.
“The action plan must include the target state of the process for obtaining a construction permit. The second step is for the Ministry of Construction to submit a proposal to reduce the time it takes to approve these documents,” suggested Andrey Shpilenko.
The process of obtaining a construction permit will be presented in the form of slides – a visual step-by-step instruction for the investor, where each stage is displayed: its name, list of required documents and review time. And it will be reduced.
Note that the National Rating is calculated based on indicators and expert assessments for 70 indicators.
