The award is a federal project aimed at public and professional recognition of the achievements of female business leaders.

✨ Last season, two Omsk residents were longlisted: Marina Semenova, a representative of the Committee for the Development of Women’s Entrepreneurship of the Regional Public Organization “Opora Rossii,” and Natalya Romashova, an entrepreneur and chair of the regional Union of Self-Employed People of the Omsk Region.

✨This year, for the first time, a separate nomination dedicated to creative industries was established.
