(https://www.gosuslugi.ru/help/obratitsya_business) This tool reduces bureaucratic barriers and provides investors with a real opportunity to receive prompt responses to important questions, submit inquiries, complaints, and suggestions.

Incoming inquiries on the platform are centrally processed by the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency and then forwarded to the relevant executive authorities. The results of these inquiries will be reported monthly to Governor Vitaly Pavlovich Khotsenko. (https://t.me/HocenkoVP)
