A delegation from the Avangard Special Economic Zone (SEZ) paid a working visit to Manzhouli.

As part of the development of sister-city relations between Omsk and Manzhouli, a delegation from the Avangard Special Economic Zone (SEZ), led by Mikhail Derevyanko, paid a working visit to Manzhouli (China). The meeting was organized with the support of the Omsk City Administration and the Manzhouli People’s Government, confirming their mutual interest in strengthening cooperation.

Participating in the meeting on behalf of the Chinese partners were:

✅Yue Guodong, Mayor of the Manzhouli People’s Government;

✅Zhang Yangling, Vice Chairman of the Manzhouli People’s Congress;

✅Wang Hui, Director of the General Office of the Manzhouli People’s Government;

✅Zhang Zhige, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Manzhouli People’s Government.

✅During the talks, the parties discussed promising areas of cooperation: increasing mutual trade volumes, implementing investment projects, developing logistics corridors, and expanding cultural and humanitarian exchanges. Particular attention was paid to the potential of the Avangard SEZ as a platform for attracting Chinese investment and implementing joint initiatives.

The visit took place in a constructive and trusting atmosphere, reinforcing a shared commitment to deepening the partnership and identifying new areas of economic growth.
