Omsk Region Government Resolution No. 586-p, dated November 20, 2025, established a new tax benefit for residents of the Avangard Special Economic Zone. Land plots within the SEZ can now be purchased for just 15% of their cadastral value.
This measure confirms the region’s commitment to creating the most favorable conditions for business and the development of industrial potential.
A key condition: the benefit is subject to full compliance with the terms of the agreement for operating within the SEZ.
