May 01 SEZ Avangard became a member of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia.

The Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia is the country’s leading public and business organization that unites technological and industrial infrastructure facilities, management companies of special economic zones, industrial clusters and technoparks.

The Association of Organizations for the Promotion of the Development of Clusters and Technoparks of Russia was established in 2011 as a non-profit partnership “Association of Technoparks in the Sphere of High Technologies” and performs functions similar to the SRO, which, after the end of the state program for the development of technoparks, coordinates the development of the created technoparks.

The Association acts as an analytical and methodological organization in the formation of industrial clusters, determining the availability of conditions for their creation, and subsequent inclusion in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia in order to subsidize the costs incurred by the state for the project for all cluster members.
