Avangard employee reaches semi-finals of “Leaders of Russia” competition

“Leaders of Russia” is an All-Russian competition of managers, the purpose of which is to identify, develop and support promising managers with a high level of leadership skills and management competencies.

Deputy General Director of the SEZ “Avangard” Mikhail Derevyanko reached the semi-finals of the competition. As he himself admits, he submitted an application almost impulsively. He had heard about the competition before, but could not participate due to his workload. Mikhail successfully passed all the qualifying tests and got to the in-person stage of the semi-finals. Almost 300 participants competed in various disciplines over two days.

“Based on the results of the semi-finals, I was unable to go further, however, I gained a lot of experience and new acquaintances with representatives of executive authorities, the business community and socio-political movements from all over Russia,” said Mikhail.
