Avangard employees improve their skills
The innovative educational program “Leaders of Territorial Development: Creation and Development of SEZs” is conducted by the Institute of Knowledge Economy with the involvement of specialists from the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs.
For regions with existing SEZs, including the Omsk region, the program will provide valuable tools to accelerate the development of existing zones. This includes reducing the time to reach a higher project level, attracting new investors and residents, as well as integrating sustainable development principles into the activities of the SEZ.
“The training program is also aimed at acquiring the necessary competencies that will allow regional management teams to effectively respond to changes in the conditions of the functioning of the domestic economy. Participants will receive tools for the optimal implementation of the transition to import substitution of industrial products and the creation of new technological chains,” says Yulia Artamonova, Executive Director of the Institute for the Economy of Knowledge.
Within the framework of the program, five practice-oriented webinars are held, where participants will be able to exchange experience and knowledge, as well as defend their projects. An important event will be the defense of projects, scheduled for September 28 and 29, at the site of the International Forum SEZ – 2023, which will be held in the Lipetsk region.
From our region, a management team was formed, which included the heads of the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region, JSC SEZ IPT Avangard and JSC Development and Investment Agency of the Omsk Region
