Avangard Shared Its Experience in Implementing Export Projects with Novosibirsk Businesses
On December 2, an Entrepreneurship Forum was held in Novosibirsk, dedicated to the results of 2025 and prospects for foreign trade development. Experts, government representatives, and business representatives gathered to discuss new opportunities, tools, and challenges in foreign trade.
The keynote speaker at the session was Mikhail Derevyanko, Deputy General Director for Development of the Avangard Special Economic Zone. He shared practical experience and real-life cases of working with the Chinese market with Novosibirsk entrepreneurs. His presentation, “How to Enter the Chinese Market: Peculiarities of Working with Chinese Companies,” was one of the most anticipated and practically oriented sections of the program.
Mikhail emphasized that success in China depends not only on the quality of the product but also on extensive preparatory work:
“Entering the Chinese market is not a sprint, but a marathon.” High-quality preparation, regulatory review, finding reliable partners, and understanding cultural nuances are the foundation without which even the most promising project may fail.”
We thank the Novosibirsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry and all the speakers for the rich dialogue and valuable exchange of experience!
