Avangard Shared Its Experience in Implementing International Projects with Young Entrepreneurs from Russia and Kazakhstan

Mikhail Derevyanko, Deputy General Director of the Avangard SEZ, spoke at the Russian-Kazakh Forum “Youth Cooperation: Supporting Youth Initiatives and Youth Entrepreneurship.”

In his speech, he shared practical experience in implementing international projects, building relationships with foreign partners, and developing business cooperation with young entrepreneurs from both countries.

Mikhail Derevyanko discussed how international initiatives are formed, the challenges entrepreneurs may face when entering foreign markets, and why trust, mutual respect, cultural understanding, and a commitment to long-term collaboration are especially important for the successful implementation of joint projects.

According to him, youth entrepreneurship has the potential to become a key area for the further development of Russian-Kazakh cooperation. Young entrepreneurs are open to new ideas, quickly adapt to change, and are ready to create projects that unite regions, countries, and business communities.

The speaker emphasized the importance of such forums. These platforms allow young entrepreneurs to share experiences, find partners and like-minded individuals, discuss promising initiatives, and transform new ideas into tangible joint projects.
