Avangard trained exporters in Novosibirsk
On September 29, the first module of the Export Forsage accelerator on the topic “Market selection and search for a buyer” was completed in Novosibirsk.
Under the guidance of Mikhail Derevyanko, Deputy General Director of the Avangard SEZ, who is a trainer of the Export School of the REC, Mikhail Derevyanko, 11 companies in the region delved into the theoretical part of the training and worked out the tools in practice:
- Overseas market selection
- Finding a buyer
- Definitions of counterparty reliability
- Search for direct contacts of decision makers
Particular attention was paid to:
— Consideration and analysis of opportunities to search for potential buyers on marketplaces
– Preparation of goods for the requirements of the market / buyer (in particular, possible customs barriers)
— Opportunities for intellectual property protection
Participants noted the high effectiveness of the training. After the first module, the companies changed their outlook on potential countries for export, Internet marketing, and also thought about protecting the intellectual property rights of their companies and took a useful master class from a China partner search trainer.
The Export Fast and the Furious program was developed by the Export School of the Russian Export Center and has been implemented in the Novosibirsk Region since 2019 together with the Export Support Center of the Novosibirsk Region for SMEs interested in preparing a team for entering international markets.
