Avangard will receive 120 million rubles for infrastructure development.
Today, October 7, the Presidium of the Government Commission under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister Marat KHUSNULLIN approved the Omsk Region’s loan application. The application was presented at the meeting by the Minister of Finance of Omsk Vadim CHECHENKO.
The government portal “Omsk province” clarifies that the region requested funds for the construction of infrastructure for two investment projects: engineering infrastructure for the logistics park “Solnechny” and power supply facilities for the special economic zone “Avangard”. The total cost of investment projects is 10.9 billion rubles. The main amount will be invested by investors.
The Commission approved the Omsk Region infrastructure budget loans for a total of 372 million rubles: 252 million for the Solnechny Park, 120 million for the Avangard SEZ. Loans will be issued for 15 years.
The special economic zone “Avangard” is located in the Oilmen. It specializes in chemical and petrochemical manufacturing. The Solnechny logistics park is being built in the village of Solnechny. It is planned to build distribution centers for large retail chains there.
