Developing Innovative Infrastructure in the Omsk Region

Today, a working meeting dedicated to the development of the region’s innovative infrastructure was held under the leadership of Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government Andrey Shpilenko (https://t.me/andreyshpilenko).

The meeting was attended by representatives of:
▪️ The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Omsk Region;
▪️ The Development and Investment Agency of the Omsk Region;
▪️ The Avangard SEZ
▪️ The management company of the Electron technology park.

The key topic of discussion was the progress of the project to create the Electron electronics industry technology park within the Avangard SEZ.

Project status:
In accordance with the signed agreement, the Electron technology park is supported by the Development and Investment Agency and the Avangard SEZ. In 2025, the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and Elektron LLC signed a special agreement on the development of the SEZ infrastructure. A plot of land has been leased for the project.

Project documentation is currently being actively prepared for state review.

The meeting marked an important step in coordinating efforts to create powerful growth areas for technology and industrial companies in the region.
