Expansion of the SEZ territory
Due to the growing needs for infrastructure development and attracting new investments, since November 2024, the Avangard SEZ has been working on preparing an application to increase the area of the special economic zone. This decision is due to the high interest from potential residents: the entire existing territory has already been distributed between investment projects.
The expansion of the SEZ will allow for the formation of an offer for new investors, which will ultimately ensure the creation of new industries, additional jobs, and increase the volume of tax revenues. It is expected that new territories will be added to the SEZ this year.
