Expansion of the territory of the special economic zone “Avangard”

On August 25 of this year, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Omsk Region and JSC “SEZ PPT “Avangard” signed an agreement on changing the boundaries of the SEZ PPT “Avangard”.

Due to the fact that the existing territory of the SEZ PPT “Avangard” is already more than 85% occupied by investment sites being implemented by the residents of the SEZ, land plots with a total area of ​​more than 300 hectares were additionally included in the territory of the SEZ PPT “Avangard”. Including more than 100 hectares in the Sovetsky District in the north-western industrial hub and about 200 hectares in the Kirovsky District in the area of ​​Bagnyuk and Dolinnaya streets.

On the new sites in the Kirovsky District, it is planned to implement projects related to food production and others that do not create sanitary protection zones.
