“Export Forsage” Launches: Learning to Avoid Costly Mistakes Before the First Contract
The first module of the “Export Forsage” accelerator, a program for companies focused on systematic and informed entry into international markets, has launched in the Omsk Region.
Mikhail Derevyanko, Deputy General Director for Development at the Avangard Special Economic Zone, served as an expert trainer. He and the participants discussed the most critical and costly mistakes companies make even before signing their first contract—at the market selection and entry strategy stage.
Key topics of the first module, laying the foundation for successful exports:
✔️ Selecting a Foreign Market: Algorithms and Tools for Assessing the Potential of Countries and Niches. Deciding Where to Go Based on Data.
✔️ Finding and Verifying Buyers: Where to Find Reliable Partners and How to Assess Their Reliability in Advance.
✔️ Product Adaptation: How to prepare a product for specific market requirements, regulators, and customer expectations.
✔️ Intellectual Property Protection: Protecting brands, technologies, and developments when expanding abroad.
The “Export Boost” program was created to give regional companies a clear understanding of where, why, and with whom to enter foreign markets.
We are confident that the knowledge gained in this module will provide a solid foundation for making informed export decisions and will help avoid common mistakes at the start.
We wish all participants productive work, valuable insights, and confident progress toward conquering new markets!
