Farmers will be able to reimburse up to 100% of logistics costs: Applications will be accepted starting February 26

The Russian Ministry of Agriculture has announced the start of the selection process for recipients of state support for the transportation of agricultural products in 2026. Applications will be accepted starting February 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM (Moscow time).

Key support parameters:

Compensation amount: from 25% to 100% of actual transportation costs.
Delivery periods: include transportation costs incurred in the third and fourth quarters of 2025 and the first and second quarters of 2026.
Submission deadline: applications will be accepted until August 1, 2026 (6:00 PM Moscow time).
