How to get back part of the costs when purchasing a starting batch of products?

In the near future, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia will announce a competitive selection for compensation of costs when purchasing starting batches of products.

In this regard, on August 6, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region Andrey Shpilenko, together with colleagues from the AC&T RF and the regional Industrial Development Fund, developed RF Government Resolution No. 41.

Subsidies are provided to reimburse no more than 50% of documented costs associated with the purchase of starting batches of products, in the amount of up to 150 million rubles for one applicant.

According to the document, a starting batch is recognized as a batch of industrial products of the cluster for the purpose of import substitution, meeting one of the following conditions:
🔘 industrial products are manufactured in accordance with the supplier’s working documentation;
🔘 there are exclusive rights to industrial products;
🔘 legal protection is provided for products created on the basis of the result of intellectual activity.

At the end of the meeting, it was decided to conduct consultative and explanatory work with enterprises participating in industrial clusters in preparation for the competitive selection.

This measure of state support is an effective tool for the development of industrial cooperation.
