Omsk to host International Cluster Forum “Cooperation without Borders”
International Forum “Cooperation without Borders” will be held in Omsk on July 17-18.
According to Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region Andrey Shpilenko, the Forum in Omsk will help identify promising areas of cooperation, develop joint projects and strengthen the positions of Russian enterprises in the global market.
“In the context of a changing global economy, the development of cooperative ties is becoming critically important for ensuring sustainable growth,” Andrey Shpilenko emphasized.

The following will be presented as part of the forum:
- Atlas of industrial clusters of Russia – a comprehensive review of the country’s cooperation chains.
- Rating of subjects of the Russian Federation by the level of cluster development – an assessment of the effectiveness of regional cluster policy.
Organizers – Association of Clusters, Technology Parks and SEZs of Russia together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Omsk Region.
Also within the framework of the Forum, the methodological program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade “PROCLUSTERS” will be defended, the operator of which is the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization of Additional Professional Education “Institute of the Economy of Knowledge”.
