Investment Leap: A Powerful Strategic Session of Investment Organizations Held in the Omsk Region

How can the region be made even more attractive to investors? The answer was sought at the final strategic session chaired by Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government Andrey Shpilenko. (https://t.me/andreyshpilenko)

In an open dialogue format, teams from the Avangard SEZ, the Development and Investment Agency (https://t.me/arvd_omsk), the Industrial Development Fund (https://t.me/frpoo55), and the Omsk Region Representative Office analyzed strengths, growth areas, and challenges, compiled a detailed SWOT analysis, and identified key performance indicators for 2026.

Thank you to our colleagues who participated in the strategy session: representatives of the Ministries of Economic Development, Industry and Trade, and Agriculture, as well as the heads of the Union of Entrepreneurs, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and OPORA ROSSI. Together, we formulated specific plans and metrics:

What’s the focus? Specifically:
🚀 Full implementation of the “RASSVET” system, developed to identify promising niches, formulate attractive investment proposals, and effectively promote them to potential investors.
🚀 Developing team competencies
🚀 Rebooting exhibition activities
🚀 Achieving sustainable development goals

All ideas and solutions will become part of the 2026 work plan. Approval and active implementation are ahead!
