Omsk Region Updates Investment Tax Incentives for Business

Minister of Economic Development of Omsk Region Anna Negoduyko presented a package of legislative initiatives prepared on the instructions of the head of the region Vitaly Khotsenko and aimed at stimulating investment activity.

The deputy corps of the Legislative Assembly supported them:

✔A law was adopted that established tax support measures for organizations that have entered into special investment contracts with the regional Government for the implementation of projects in the field of industrial production.

✔A bill on exemption from property tax for organizations creating new facilities under a public-private partnership agreement was accepted for consideration.

✔It is proposed to exempt organizations operating under the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities 36 “Water Intake, Purification and Distribution” from property tax in 2024.
